Environmental Testing

On nine separate occasions between on or about January 3, 2012, and on or about July 25, 2015, Ecklund took steps to make it appear certain samples passed quality control testing measures, when in fact, they failed. In particular, Ecklund failed to properly calibrate and tune the quality control instruments, which was the foundation of the quality control process.
