Johnson, who owns roofing, tree service, and dumpster businesses, devised a scheme to conceal the amount of wages earned by his undocumented alien employees to avoid paying more than $1.7 million in federal income, Medicare, and social security taxes, as well as more than $1 million in Florida worker’s compensation premiums.

According to the guilty plea, Lake Charles police encountered Luna-Deleon on November 10, 2017 following a traffic stop. Officers transported Luna-Deleon to the local U.S. Border Patrol station in Lake Charles, where it was discovered that Luna-Deleon had previously been removed from the United States on five separate occasions.

RODRIGUEZ illegally reentered the U.S. and, on January 13, 2017, was arrested by Stamford Police for the sale of illegal drugs, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and interfering/resisting arrest.
